aca365 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Us

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and aca365 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the aca365 website, mobile interface, applications, APIs, and any related services collectively referred to as "the Platform".

Access to aca365 is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Your acceptance is signified by any of the following acts: completing the registration process, depositing funds into an aca365 account, placing a bet or wager, or simply browsing any restricted area of the Platform after the prompt to accept these Terms has been displayed.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of your overall agreement with aca365. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document on the Platform, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise explicitly stated.

aca365 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

aca365 is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, deposit funds, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform. This requirement applies without exception to all users regardless of their location within Bangladesh or any other jurisdiction.

By registering, you warrant and represent to aca365 that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and of your own free will; (c) you are not acting on behalf of any third party; (d) you are not a professional sportsperson, referee, official, coach, or any individual in a position to influence the outcome of any match or event on which aca365 offers betting markets; and (e) you are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an aca365 employee or contractor.

aca365 conducts age and identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) checks as part of the registration and withdrawal process. You may be required to submit documentation including a National ID card (NID), birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC verification to aca365's satisfaction may result in your account being suspended or funds being withheld pending resolution.

• One account per person, per household, per device, per IP address.
• Employees and immediate family members of aca365 are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• Individuals on self-exclusion lists are not eligible to register a new account.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of aca365 services — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and cash games — you must register a player account. Registration is free. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, contact email address, mobile phone number, and your preferred payment method details.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information on your account. If any of your registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly or notify aca365 support at [email protected]. aca365 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aca365 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account while your credentials are used — whether by you or any other person — is your sole responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aca365 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

aca365 operates a strict one-account policy. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using third-party identity information — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

aca365 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of payment methods tailored for the Bangladesh market. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on your account dashboard.

All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Your aca365 account balance is displayed and settled in ৳ BDT. Funds deposited into your aca365 account may only be used for the purposes of placing bets and wagers on the Platform. aca365 does not pay interest on account balances.

Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. aca365 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy is designed to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. If the original deposit method is unavailable, aca365 support will communicate the available alternative methods.

aca365 reserves the right to delay the processing of a withdrawal if (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily completed; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud or account compromise; (c) the withdrawal amount is significantly out of pattern with the player's historical activity; or (d) there is an active investigation concerning the account in question. In such cases, aca365 will contact the player by email within 48 hours to advise of the reason for the delay.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. No maximum deposit limit is currently applied to standard accounts.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad typically credit to your account balance in real time.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. aca365 does not store raw payment credentials.
• aca365 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the player's responsibility.
• Funds in your aca365 account may not be transferred to another player's account.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the aca365 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding a specific game or market outcome, the rules published within that section of the Platform shall govern.

Sports betting odds are set by the aca365 trading team and are subject to change at any time prior to the settlement of a bet. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed — as evidenced by a bet confirmation reference number — the odds are fixed for that individual bet. Live (in-play) betting odds fluctuate in real time and bets placed during live events are subject to the odds displayed at the precise moment of confirmation.

Casino games offered on the aca365 platform — including live dealer games, slots, and crash games — are provided by third-party software studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. These games operate on independently certified random number generator (RNG) systems. aca365 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the results of any certified game.

aca365 reserves the right to void any bet or wager at its sole discretion where: (a) a bet was placed based on incorrect or corrupted odds caused by a technical error; (b) the event or market was offered in error; (c) there is evidence of match fixing, event manipulation, or collusion; or (d) the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. In the event of a void, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

aca365 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these requirements before opting into any promotion. If any bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail for matters directly related to that bonus.

• Bonuses are offered at aca365's sole discretion and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or abuse of promotional terms will be forfeited.
• aca365 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or reverse related winnings if abuse is detected.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately; real-money funds are always used first unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period or bonus funds will expire.

7. Prohibited Conduct

aca365 operates a strict policy against any conduct that undermines the integrity, security, or fairness of the Platform. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Any breach may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

1. Registering more than one player account on the aca365 Platform under any identity, name, or alias.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or the KYC process.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any unfair advantage.
4. Engaging in or facilitating match fixing, event manipulation, or any form of sports integrity violation in relation to any market offered on the Platform.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain financial advantage; any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void.
6. Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including the use of stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials.
7. Laundering funds through the Platform or using aca365 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
8. Colluding with other players to gain a systematic advantage in any game, market, or promotion.
9. Allowing or facilitating underage individuals (persons under 18 years of age) to access or use your aca365 account.
10. Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the aca365 Platform or its underlying infrastructure without explicit written authorisation from aca365.

8. Limitation of Liability

The aca365 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is accessible, secure, and reliable at all times, aca365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance wherever possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aca365 shall not be liable for: (a) any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential financial losses arising from your use of the Platform; (b) losses caused by temporary unavailability of the Platform during a live betting event; (c) losses arising from your reliance on any game statistics, odds data, or informational content displayed on the Platform; (d) losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials; or (e) losses caused by events beyond aca365's reasonable control including internet service disruptions, power failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aca365's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. aca365's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms, in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your aca365 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

Gambling carries inherent financial risk. By using the aca365 Platform you acknowledge that you may lose money. aca365 is not responsible for your gambling decisions, your financial management, or any losses you incur as a result of betting or gaming activity. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

aca365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Terms have been breached; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) the player has provided false identity information; (d) the player is under 18 years of age; (e) continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform; or (f) regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require it.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting aca365 support at [email protected]. A voluntary account closure request will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus-related obligations. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Players who have applied for self-exclusion under aca365's Responsible Gaming programme will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Self-excluded players are not permitted to open new accounts during the exclusion period. Any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be immediately closed and any funds deposited will be returned. • Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days of confirmation.
• Remaining real-money balances are returned to the original verified payment method.
• Unmet bonus wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary or involuntary account closure.
• Self-excluded players must not attempt to open new accounts during the exclusion period.
• Where closure is due to fraud or Terms breach, aca365 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation.

10. Amendments to Terms

aca365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments may be made for any reason including, but not limited to, changes in applicable law, changes in business operations, changes in payment processing arrangements, or the introduction of new products or services.

Where changes to these Terms are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — aca365 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by publishing a notice on the aca365 homepage and, where practicable, by sending an email to your registered email address. For minor or non-material amendments, changes may take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued access to or use of the aca365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.
